  • Abstract:  At $180, the H30 is easy to recommend — if you think a traditional camcorder is worth your money at all. It’s a bit larger and more complicated than your average Flip or Kodak, but it also brings marginally better image quality, optical zoom, and a fe...

  • A great value at $250, HDMI cable included, Attractive colors in ideal light, Decent still quality,
  • Poor video in low light, Video can "skew" easily, No external audio input, Video playback in device frustratingly slow,
  • Without the extras, I would say that the $250 Camileo H30 is an unremarkable budget camcorder, but a good value nonetheless. When you consider the mini-HDMI cable, power adapter and other packaged goodies, it becomes a great buy.BUY the Toshiba H30 ...

  • 5x optical zoom, which is unusual given the price , Full HD recording , Lightweight and compact
  • No viewfinder , Video quality is only so-so depending on your expectations , USB connection is flaky, often has errors , Still image quality is average at best

  • Very cheap, Large screen, Comes with lots of accessories, including an HDMI cable
  • Subpar video performance, Low frame rate, Cheap build quality, Some settings revert to defaults on standby
  • This cheap and largely mediocre camcorder isn't entirely without merits. Picture quality isn't among them, however, so we'd struggle to get too enthusiastic about the Toshiba Camileo H30, whatever the price....

  • Abstract:  Although most of Toshiba’s consumer electronics products aim for the higher end of their respective markets, its camcorders tend to be distinctly value oriented. The Camileo H30 doesn’t break the mould, with its sub-£200 price, but it does o...
