Unless your building your own comp from scratch, or purchasing a top $4k model from alienware, you will not find speeds and power anywhere else for a personal computer. Perhaps you run windows and just want a powerful computer... then buy this. When I first plugged this in and updated Mac's OS, a program called boot camp that comes preinstalled, had me setting up windows XP on a seperate boot partition in a matter of minutes. The Mac OS DVD comes with all the drivers windows needs to keep XP or Vista in line with the hardware. I haven't had a single hardware issue, nor any software problems. I would be happy with 1 frontside bus of 1600Mhz, but this comes with 2... one for each quad core processor! Installing extra RAM and Sata3 drives could not have been easier. There are no cables to push out of the way. Everything is layed out perfectly to get your fingers into the tightest spots with ease. I'm still not entirely switched over to Mac. I use XP slightly more often than OSX. Now I not only have the most powerful computer on my block, I can casually switch between OSX and XP just by holding the option key when booting up! I really can't think of any cons. The only advice I would warn of buyers is DO NOT upgrade any RAM from Apple when purchasing. Get the default 2 gigs. They wanted to charge $500 for another 4 gigs, while newegg sold the same 4 gigs of RAM for $175.
