Pros: lightweight, fits in smaller backpacks/bags than normal laptops, cheaper than 12" laptops, snappy response to opening browser etc., great construction (not flimsy or cheap feel), looks great in black, easy to read screen (larger resolution than other netbooks, no glare at an angle), quiet keyboard and mousepad buttons, long battery life, comes with card-reader camera video-out and XP, Runescape MMORPG can play standard quality, Youtube videos can play fullscreen. Cons: arrow keys are small, home/end are "fn" keys, mousepad and buttons are flush to the surface (I keep pressing wrong area on first day), air vent emits noticeable heat (not an overheating concern, laptop surfaces are cool), sound is barely OK, hulu TV can't play full screen well (I suspect it could with 2GB RAM upgrade). Overall impression is I am happy with it, and would buy it again. This is my first netbook and it preforms better than I had expected. It's the perfect size for a netbook.
