Good:  Great looks, Lamborghini branding, good performance, good bundle, light & compact, security
Bad:  No firewire port, expensive
Bottomline:  Being the first of the Penryns based laptops in our testlabs, the VX3 has set quite a benchmark with its T9300 processor (Intel Core 2 Duo @ 2.50 GHz) and 3GB of RAM. The laptop is as much performance oriented as its real car version and comes loaded ...

Good:  Luxurious design, Blazing performance, Separate Power Mode switch
Bad:  Very expensive, Nine-cell battery makes it awkward to carry, Subpar display and sound, Shorter-than-expected battery life
Bottomline:  The name says it all. The ASUS Lamborghini VX3 is a luxury notebook, offering plenty of style and top-notch performance, thanks to its 2.5-GHz processor, 4GB RAM, and discrete graphics. We recommend it to executives who like to show off on the go—no...

Good:  Solid construction; leather detailing; cool branded extras.
Bad:  Kind of slow for a laptop named after a race car; expensive; poor battery life.
Bottomline:  The Asus Lamborghini VX3 is the laptop recast as status symbol. It looks and feels like a luxury item; we just wish it had a bit more power under the hood.
