  • Fun Caribbean setting bleeds charm
  • Moral grayness leads to some interesting problems (and solutions).
  • Impressive mix of politics and economics
  • Interface strikes a perfect balance between automation and micromanagement

  • Colorful visuals
  • Groovy Latin American soundtrack.
  • The original series brought back to life in a superb way.

  • Not much in the way of gameplay advancements since the first Tropico.
  • Needs a more detailed tutorial to explain the game's unique concepts
