Design is good, Zune pad is good and the software is good. Sound is good although an EQ would be nice. Zune pass is great and unbeatable when you have more than 1 Zune(up to 3) in the household. Haven't tried to sync wireless yet. Song tagging has not worked yet but it's not a big deal to me. High gloss finish looks great but will most likely scratch easy. Still a distant second to iPod when it comes to battery life....
